What is Life Coaching?

There are many misconceptions about life coaching. Some people think it’s a strategy for “perfecting” or “transforming” your life. Some think life coaching is a way to learn to make the “right” decisions. These people aren’t exactly wrong, but they’re a little misguided. Perfection means different things to different people, and life coaching isn’t about training you to fit into any one mold. And life is always in a state of transformation.

How is goal attainment a tool for happiness?

There are those reading this that undoubtedly think that goal attainment is the final step, rather than a tool. The Body4LifeCoach program urges our clients to consider a new perspective. As we’ve said above, life is always transitioning; it is always in a state of transformation. There is no “final” goal. Every accomplishment is a goal attained, and making these small goals and celebrating them as we journey toward fulfilling our larger goals creates lasting motivation and builds a foundation for a happier life. We support our clients through the process of making goals, creating plans to work toward them, overcoming the obstacles necessary to attain them, and celebrating each and every success, large or small.
